Account holders can request a refill for either a Current or Historical prescription using the Patient Portal.

Account holders can use the Chart Summary screen in the Patient Portal to view, download, and send medical history for themselves and patients tied to their account.
Submit Patient Forms
Patients can access, fill out, and submit patient forms prior to their appointment.
Ask a Question
Patients or account holders can click the Ask a Question icon to send an email message to our practice or a specific provider.
Request to Restrict Patient Health Information
Patients can request to restrict their data by selecting the Request to Restrict Protected Health Information option in the Category drop-down on the Messages screen.
Receive Messages in the Portal
When the patient or account holder opens the Patient Portal, a number displays next to the Messaging menu item to indicate the number of messages received.
Upload Documents
Account holders can upload images of ID cards, insurance cards, medical documents, and other documents.
Manage Credit Cards on File
Account holders can add and edit credit cards on file in the Patient Portal using the My Cards screen.
View Records
Providers can enable patient chart items to display in the Patient Portal for patients to reference and review.
Lab Narrative Information
Patients can view Lab Narrative information entered in their lab results in the Patient Portal Records screen.
View HealthWatcher Reminders
Patients' HealthWatcher reminders display in the Patient Portal. Reminders for appointments, procedures, labs, prescription refills, etc. display on the card in the portal.
